I just can't seem to cook a roast and make it come out fork tender and falling apart.

Banana Bread I
I found this bread to be very dry and no flavor at all in spite of the bananas. I also got only one loaf, not two. I did not like this recipe and won't be making it again.

Hamburger Potato Casserole
This was very good, my family loved it and, although I doubled the recipe, it was nearly gone. I give it only 4 stars because I think the amount of milk is a little to much, it was kind of soupy when I took it out of the oven.

Bird's Nest Pie
My family loved this and cleaned it up. It was very easy to make. I will definitly be making this again.
