I printed this recipe off 5 years ago (the instructions were divided differently but it was the same submitter, same recipe) and a school group used this recipe regularly for cookies to decorate at events. We never had ANY problem with them. My friends STILL ask me for "my" sugar cookies!

I've made this pie a few times and it always turns out great. The last time I made it I only had half the required amount of corn syrup (oops!) so I substituted real maple syrup (not table syrup) for the rest and it still turned out wonderfully. This is my favourite nut pie recipe!!!
