I'm a mom of a eight almost nine year old son. Was married in August 2007 and still hoping on another little one. Just trying to learn to cook good healthy meals for my family. I love, love, love baking... Sweets! The larger the quantity the better. Thanksgiving supper. It's an all day ordeal and it's a good time to spend w/ family. The first time I've ever altered a recipe, just to try it, and it turned out better than expected. I can honestly say I have none. :)
