About this Cook
I have been cooking since I was High school almost 10 years ago. I started off with the easy stuff like tacos and sloppy joes. Since I met my husband I have been trying new things with cooking. I have really grown and can make a hugh variety of foods. My husband loves that I am always experimenting with new foods. We never get bored with dinner!
My favorite things to cook
Pretty much anything and everything! I just love to cook!
My favorite family cooking traditions
My mom made some very yummy foods while I was growing up. She has a meatloaf recipe that is to die for and I have never been able to find another like it! I also enjoyed her Chicken Kiev and Cordon Blue and Chicken Parmesean!
My cooking triumphs
I have recently started baking, and so far everything I have made has turned out very good. Until recently I never cooked for a group before. My husband's family came to our house and I cooked a hugh homemade meal. They loved it! They asked for all the recipes and are now making them for their friends!
My cooking tragedies
Sometimes I get to over confident in my cooking and I tend to mess things up. This past year I wanted to make lobster tails for my husband and I. I thought they were done....but they were still frozen in the middle...OOPS!!!

Szechwan Shrimp
This was great!!! I made it extra spice by just dumping in a ton of the red pepper flakes!
