Buffalo Chicken Dip
Easy and Delicious! I substitute cooked chicken breast for the canned chicken and use blue cheese dressing instead of ranch. I put all ingredients in my Pampered Chef 2 quart mixing bowl and microwave for about 2 minutes (until everything is melted) stirring half way between and then transfer everything to my crock pot. Serve with crackers, corn chips or celery and carrots. It's always a hit and always gone fast!!!

Rich Chocolate Brownies
The icing on this brownie makes it worth 5 stars! I used french vanilla instant coffee instead of regular instant coffee. It doesn't give it a coffee taste but instead it enchances the cocoa flavor. I also followed others who suggested substituting an extra egg instead of the baking powder. I also used half white sugar and half brown sugar. That really made the brownie rich and decadent. I doubled the recipe and cooked in a 13 x 9 inch pan. It made appx. 24 brownies. I sent half with my husband to work. Everyone in his office has a big smile on their faces this morning!

Buffalo Style Chicken Pizza
Really good recipe! I used my own homemade blue cheese dressing and spread just enough to cover the crust. I also added sliced red onion and a mixture of grated sharp cheddar and montarey jack cheese. It's now a weekly request at my house!!!
