Mom's Incredible Spinach Gratin

Holy Cow!!! I have to say this was awesome creamy and crunchy & cheesy. I didnt have the full amount of parmesan cheese so used a little extra gruyere was so good . Thank You so much for an excellent way to do spinach.

Horseradish Sauce

very good sauce for the standing rib roast I made, next time I will decrease cider vinegar and up the horseradish - was alittle tangy for my taste =) will be making again for all sorts of beef Thanks for sharing

Steakhouse Wheat Bread for the Bread Machine

this was a very good wheat bread,made a good sandwich the next day=) my bread machine almost burnt it I had to take it out about 11 minutes earlier than machine said Thanks for a keeper recipe!

High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast

Well I was skeptical of this method because its too easy .. ...it was EXCELLENT!!!! I did use a meat thermometer and watched closely. Thanks for a way to make a roast beef that isnt like shoe leather .

Sauteed Apples

made these for a HS football dinner for 50 boys , they LOVED THEM. the apples were easy to prepare and were delish.If teenagers like stuff, its a winner in my mind thanks will make for Christmas .

Scalloped Potatoes and Onions

good, but needs alittle tweaking in my opinion, mine were very creamy but a little bland , next time I will add cheddar and some garlic to it and as another reviewer did I will diff use when I have leftover ham as a casserole

Szechwan Shrimp

I added red peppers,jalapeno, broccoli and carrots , as my one son doesnt like shrimp.I doubled the sauce and served over rice yummy. so easy and who would of thought the combo of kind of strange ingredients would be so good. :}

Fish Tacos

So yummy ! We used tilapia also , store was out of cod . very very good batter for fried fish. The sauce and the thinly sliced cabbage added an extra good touch. Will be making again and again :)

Chocolate Eclair Dessert

Very good recipe , made this for a Memorial Day picnic , everyone enjoyed it, easy ,inexpensive , will be one of those "have on hand" recipes. didnt have icing so I melted chips and 1/2&1/2 and used instead:) Thanks for a good recipe!!

Stuffed Shells I

Excellent!! I used frozen chooped spinach and all cottage cheese(lowfat)my 4 kids and a extra child all said this was excellent , I also did not cook shells the recomended time, so they would be easier to fill Thanks for a nice recipe

Baked Teriyaki Chicken
