Chicken Cacciatore
Really good! I enjoyed this quite a bit, and it was very easy to make. I was worried about too much garlic but the taste turned out just right for me.

This is very tasty. Unfortunately I didn't have any mushrooms on hand but the rest of the flavors worked quite well together.

Chicken 'n' Carrot Dumpling Stew
I've made this a few times with whole wheat flour dumplings. You can't even taste the carrots. It turned out quite tasty, although I needed to use more liquid to make sure the dumplings were covered.
