Janet's Rich Banana Bread
I sort of have 2 reviews for this bread. The first time I baked it I stuck to the recipe only mashing my bananas instead of slicing because I don't like larger sections of mushy banana in my bread. It came out excellent, didn't even last a few hours at our house! I modified it to fit my sons dietary needs (he is on a gluten and casien free diet.) I straight substitued applesauce for the butter, gluten free flour mix for all purpose flour (adding 3/4 tsp xantham gum) and used Tofutti better than sour cream substitute for the sour cream. I had to bake it an extra 10 minutes but it turned out wonderfully! My other two kids didn't even realize it was gfcf. It turned out moist and tasty and not gritty as some baked goods do. Wonderful recipe modified or not!

Cranberry Sauce
I made this for Christmas! I personally hate cranberry sauce but made it for everyone else. Everyone loved it! I tried it and it was great! That is saying something if I liked it!

Triple Berry Crisp
My family loves this tasty treat!!! I increase the berries to 2 cups for each berry, leave the sugar the same and increase the baking time to 40-50 minutes.
