Triple Berry Crisp
My family loves this tasty treat!!! I increase the berries to 2 cups for each berry, leave the sugar the same and increase the baking time to 40-50 minutes.

Pear and Blue Cheese Salad
My family and I love this recipe with a few simple adjustments. First, we double the amount of salad because the amount of dressing this makes is way too much for just one bag. Or we refrigerate the unused dressing a air tight container. Second, I don't use the red onion. Third, and most importantly, I just use 1/6 cup of apple cider vinegar or the flavor is overwhelming. Oh and baby greens or spring mix are the best mixes for this salad.

Garlic Mashed Red Potatoes
These were fantastic!!! I used minced garlic instead so it could be easily blended with the potatoes. My boys won't normally eat any kind of potatoes without gravy, but they loved these with a little bit of butter. They have decided these are now their favorite!!!
