White Chocolate and Cranberry Cookies
These were really good!! I come from a large family of cranberry growers - and for a dried cranberry I must say I give this recipe props!! Cooking tip: I kept my drops of dough "tight" to keep the cookies thick and chewy!! Also, take them out a tad bit early, let them rest on the cookie sheet and then move to the cooling rack!! Yummy!!
