Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes
nothing is better than au gratin potatoes...great also for fennel root if you can find it-the sweetness of the fennel with the saltiness of the cheese is a great contrast

Flaky Crescent Mushroom Turnovers
definitely will try again. used puff pastry, think I need to change from butter on top to egg white...filling very good-added salt and pepper to mushrooms though.

Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies
I don't know what these taste like yet, but the batter was delicious :D and my house is filled with a yummy chocolate smell! mmmm... (later) wow, so chocolatey and moist-will definitely make again, I cut the sugar to 2.5 cups, probably will cut it again to 2 cups, a little too sweet, but still delicious.
