I'm married and have a four-year-old daughter and a six-year-old son. I moved to Charlotte, NC 9 yrs ago. I am a physical therapy assistant at a major hospital and office manager. Cooking is my hobby and I spend most of my free time in the kitchen. Anything new to me. I own over 100 cookbooks and I go online to get more ideas. We're Greek, so we all love food. My son loves to help add ingredients to the meal that I am preparing. I have prepared multiple courses for big dinner parties and shower parties.
