Sloppy Joe Sandwiches
way too sweet. tasted like seasoned ketchup sauce. to improve, use half the amount of ketchup and add a cup of crushed tomatoes or tomato sauce so the sauce isn't soo sweet. add 2tsp worcheshire, 1tsp vinegar, 1tbsp chili powder to add more depth of flavor. add onions & peppers in with the beef.

Barbie's Tuna Salad
Actually, the tuna tasted very similar to Chick-Fil-A's chicken salad sandwich. I am suprised at how many 5 star ratings this recipe recieved. While the tuna IS flavorful, I'm not sure it's THE BEST flavor, worthy of 5 stars. It was ok and a nice change from a typical tuna salad, but I probably won't be making it this way again.

Apple Cake IV
very good. moist, appley, cinnamony. beating the eggs & sugar for 15 minutes is necessary to keep this cake light & fluffy, otherwise it will be dense. if you will be adding a frosting, i suggest you cut down the sugar. without frosting, it is delicious the way the recipe is written. i cut the recipe in half, baked in a 9X9 baking pan for 35 minutes. excellent.
