Chantal's New York Cheesecake
easy to follow. I made 2 (as directed, without a baine marie, just to try it) and both cracked. So, as long as you're ok with that, then do it as directed. If you want to be sure, go ahead and try that--but I wasn't interested in the extra work.

Sweet Potato Pie I
Made this per directions, and came out perfect! ages 17 months up to adults alike all enjoyed it!

Red Velvet Cake
so good. I can't take credit--my better half made it, but it's so rich, but light at the same time. Made it twice and was a hit at our holiday gathering. Tips! Make sure the milk/ flour mixture is cold, and that you whip the life out of the frosting, otherwise the butter isn't fully incorporated and it looks bad (still tastes great though)
