Baking Pumpkin Bread for my entire family beginning the first week of hunting season until after the New Year. It's a family recipe but my family says mine is the best. If they only knew my secret!

Trying to cook for my husband. He isn't into all the different foods that I love and he isn't much on pasta.

Mandarin Pork Roast
I didn't even add the mandarin oranges and the orange juice. I'm obviously just not a fan of orangey meat!!!! Didn't enjoy this at all.

Grandma's Green Bean Casserole
LOVE this recipe... EASY and OH SO GOOD! It was a hit with my husband, too.

Mushroom Salisbury Steak
I substituded the ground beef with ground venison and this was amazing! I don't use my microwave a lot to cook but this recipe was so EASY! I won't change a thing the next time I cook it.
