Pudding Cookies I
The first batch I tried came out crumbly so the next batch I used unsweetened applesauce for the oil and used sugar-free instant pudding and added 1/3 cup brown sugar and they came out very moist and light. Also, they only have a trace of fat and sugar in them. I tried butterscotch pudding with a handfull of mini chocolate chips and they were good. Next time I will try the chocolate pudding. Thanks for the receipe - I love pudding & cookies-great combination!

Easy Peachy Cobbler Bake
This is the best peach cobbler I have ever eaten. It is so easy and very tasty. I didn't have the big can of peaches, so I used 2 regular cans with 100% juice instead of the light syrup and it turned out really good. It tastes the best when warmed.

Beaker's Vegetable Barley Soup
This soup is very good, thick and tasty! I made the following changes: Used 3/4 cup of barley, omitted the tomatoes, celery and sugar, used 2 cloves of fresh garlic and added a can of yellow corn. Instead of the spices, I used Emerill's Essence spice. I omitted the Worcestershire sauce since I didn't have any on hand. I'll sure make this soup again. Very, very good. Thanks!
