About this Cook
I'm glad that growing up my parents made us help with dinner. Whether it was inside with my mom or outside with my dad on the grill, I feel that I learned well from both of them and am lucky for it. I do most of the cooking for my wife and son really enjoy it.

Spanish Rice II
I have been trying to find a good recipe for rice for a while and this one was fairly easy, not to mention tastes great!

Funnel Cakes IV
I added extra vanilla as well. Cakes turned out very good. Still need practice on making them look right though.

London Broil II
Wow! This was not only incredibly easy but the meat tasted so good! The good thing is the ingredients are fairly common. My family tends to have them all.
