About this Cook
I'm glad that growing up my parents made us help with dinner. Whether it was inside with my mom or outside with my dad on the grill, I feel that I learned well from both of them and am lucky for it. I do most of the cooking for my wife and son really enjoy it.

White Chocolate, Chocolate Cookies
Wow! I was wanting to make chocolate cookies and found the perfect recipe! I didn't use the white chocolate chips as I didn't have any-I really just wanted a chocolate cookie! My family loved them also. They turned out nice and brownie like.

Spanish Rice II
I have been trying to find a good recipe for rice for a while and this one was fairly easy, not to mention tastes great!

Funnel Cakes IV
I added extra vanilla as well. Cakes turned out very good. Still need practice on making them look right though.
