Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough + Cupcake = The BEST Cupcake. Ever.

These are great but, make sure you leave them in the muffin pan to cool, if you want them 'gooey' in the middle. I tried to make two batches for a party, and tried to take the first batch out of the pans, so I could put the 2nd batch in the oven - oh what a mess I had! But, the ones left in the pan to cool were wonderful and gooey in the middle.

Linebacker Lasagna

If you are looking for a lasagna recipe that isn't too heavy, this is the one for you! A nice balance with plenty of veggies. I ate it the same day, it would be better prepared ahead and reheated, so the flavors have a chance to blend.

Chocolate Caramel Nut Cake

So good! I used the chewy caramel recipe from this site as the filling instead of running to the store and buying caramels and unwrapping them. A dollop of vanilla ice cream on top - decadent!

Chewy Caramel

This was so easy, and so good! I used it as a layer in a Chocolate Caramel cake recipe from the site - much easier than unwrapping tons of caramels and melting!

'Something Different' Fruit Salad

I had this at a party, and it was yummy! The heat of the cayenne is a great balance to the sweetness of the fruit! I'm going to try the same basic concept with different fruits.

Mexican Mole Sauce

The easiest mole sauce, and quite yummy! I made it according to the recipe for the first time - next time I'll double the chocolate for a little bit richer flavor. It was terrific over beef & cheese enchiladas!

Milo's Torch Cafe Original Idaho Finger Steaks

My husband grew up in Boise and every time we visit we had to go to the Torch Cafe for finger steaks. He says these are the ones! Thanks for sharing the recipe!

Easy Strata and Variations

This is a great basic strata recipe. Start with the basic bread, egg, milk mixture and add whatever you want! I love to try new ingredients - whatever fresh veggies are in season. I do partially cook raw vegetables, by stir frying them, to release some of the moisture before baking the strata.
