Cream Cheese Jalapeno Hamburgers
I made them over a campfire this past weekend on a family camping trip. They cook quite well and tasted good. I agree that they could use something else in with the cream cheese mix. Next time I think I will put some pepperjack cheese in with it.

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese
Very good. I did not add the parmesan or use the bread crumb mixture. I added extra cheese to the top because I like that better. I found whipped cottage cheese and used that. I didn't think it was very creamy but I could have baked it to long. All in all it had great flavor.

Baked Potato Salad II
I used colby-jack cheese and added sour cream, no onions or olives. This tasted great and even better the next day.
