I didn't have any fresh tomatoes/grape tomatoes, so I used canned tomatoes. Also did not have balsamic vinegar, so substituted with rice vinegar. Did not have feta cheese. Recipe turned out awesome though! Served with white rice and garlic baby bok choy. My husband gave it 11 stars (on a scale of 1-10)!
