Victoria Sponge Cake

Good for what is supposed to be, but like others have said, not too much flavor. Definately not the right texture for an ice cream cake.

Fluffy Canadian Pancakes

Delicious! I substituted onion powder instead of real onions and followed the advice of a fellow reviewer and used an egg/water mixture to coat the chicken. Double coating takes more time, but its worth it! I also tried this using bisquick instead of flour on the chicken, but it distracts from the flavor.

Cheddar Hash Brown Omelet

Easy and tasty! Check the serving size though. I broke this down into 3 smaller omelets instead of one giant omelet.

Perfect Sesame Chicken

This recipe turned out great! I've never had sesame chicken before, but my boyfriend said it tasted better than our local restraunt. I don't have a deep fryer, so I fried the chicken in a skillet.
