Dietetic Banana Nut Muffins
These were great!! I did make a couple of changes..used 1 1/2 cups of wheat flour and used only 1/2 cup of Splenda (bananas were ripe). They turned out wonderful and I will make this recipe again.

Cuban Goulash
My husband and I felt it was to sweet with the bananas. So next time I think I will use less or leave them out. I served it with the egg noodles and it was pretty good, other then the sweetness.

Soft Breadsticks
This is a wounderful breadstick recipe. I have made them a couple of times and my family just loves them! Instead of sesame seeds, I sprinkled on some garlic powder and grated parmesan on top before cooking. (Use as much as you like.)
