Slow Cooker Stuffing
I made this for Thanksgiving dinner. It turned out fantastic! It was the first time I had made the Thanksgiving dinner so I was really nervous, especially about the stuffing (it's my favorite!). I will definately make this again. I used a full box of stock, next time I may leave a little in the box. The stuffing was a bit wet so I cracked the lid and turned the slow cooker on high. It dried the stuffing out just enough. Thank you Gayle for making my first Thanksgiving a success!!!!

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork
This recipe couldn't have been any easier and turned out fantastic. I made this for dinner on Halloween for my family and they all loved it. I didn't use the exact amounts that the recipe called for but other than followed it exactly. Used slightly more root beer and pork. Am making this again today for a friend that just had surgery. This will be in my frequent rotation.

Carrot Cake III
Made this for my Dad's 61st birthday. Carrot cake is his favorite and he really enjoyed this one. I left the nuts out due to personal preferance. I only had about 3 cups of powdered sugar for the frosting but it seemed to turn out just fine. Will most likely be making this at least once a year!
