Braised Beef Short Ribs
The meat was very tender but the dish in whole was very bland. Next time I will use beef broth instead of water and add lots more salt/herbs.

Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Strata
I made this for my families Christmas breakfast. I only made a few changes, I increases the bacon (about 1/2 a pound) and the mustard (around a Tbsp). I also covered the casserole the first 40 minutes of cooking. It was very yummy!

Mama's Blackberry Cobbler
I doubled this recipe and it turned out great! I used fresh picked berries from my Dad's yard and they were so sweet that I only used about 1 1/2 cups of sugar. Will definitely be making this again!
