Brick-Oven Pizza (Brooklyn Style)
The best pizza dough I have ever made -- SO flavorful, even if you substitute whole wheat dough as other reviewers have suggested. I spend a lot of time in New York, and am very happy that I am no longer victim to living in a bad pizza city now that I have this recipe! Thank you so much for sharing it with us!

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
The only alteration I made was to use just cinnamon (all I had in the kitchen) and baked one loaf and another sheet in an 8 by 8 pan. The loaf took about 55 minutes, but otherwise turned out perfectly -- can't wait to make it again with some of the suggestions on the site!

Very Chocolate Ice Cream
Wonderful as is -- incredibly rich and soft, and stays well in the freezer for several days without developing a chalky texture. Can't wait to make it again!
