Restaurant Style Chicken Nachos
These were EXCELLENT! I was skeptical about what the big deal was- but these are great. I took the recommendation of other to use the taco seasoning on the chicken and then I added more in the onion mixture. I didn't use as much salsa as it called for, and I'm glad that I didn't because it would have been too soggy. I bake the chips before too- EXCELLENT! I made a double batch and had company- it was gone quickly and I was told these were the best nachos - definitely football game snack material!

Baked Potato Soup V
Wow- this was EXCELLENT! I didn't have whole milk and just used the Lactaid milk we had. I added some garlic to the butter before adding the flour. Everything else I kept the same- but I probably added a little more cheese than what was in the recipe. It was really easy to pull together and it turned out delicious. I will definitely make again this winter!!!

Noodles Riviera
My husband made this and he LOVED it and I thought it was Ok. I would recommend not layering the ingredients and mix them all together, I think this would help it be more consistent. Our daughter ate it and thought it was pretty good- she gave it 4 stars. I added a lot more cheese to the top of it, because we are huge cheese fans :)
