Rosemary Roasted Turkey
This was good, but... the olive oil made the drippings greesy. Which made the gravy separate.

After-Thanksgiving Turkey Soup
I used 2 TBSP of oil instead of the butter and used the leftover broth. Was quite good.

Fruit Punch
This was wonderful. Iused mango sherbet and peach juice insead. Ihad to refill the punch bowl twice.
