I've been cooking ever since I was 18 years old, my friend and I would prepare meals for the people we were stationed with in Texas. They would appreciate having home cooked meals. I love making easy things. One of my favorite things to make is Meat Loaf, but my husband asks for it so much, that i'm trying to find a new way to cook it, to change things up a bit. I almost always have my daughter in the kitchen with me, and I hope that continues until she's all grown up. She's nearly two now, and she sits on the counter while i'm cooking, and watches everything that's going on. I have to say when my friends said that in a comparison my Lasagna was better than Stouffers. Although I tasted Stouffers, and it wasn't that great. Either way, my lasagna recipe is my own, and i'm pretty proud of that. I cannot make corn tortillas. They come out as thick as pitas. It's so sad.
