Zucchini Casserole I
I took some suggestions from other reviews and added garlic powder, italian seasonings and mushrooms. It came out great...very flavorful. It would make a great side dish at holidays.

Banana Banana Bread
This bread was fantastic! Don't use the toothpick rule when checking if it's done. All the banana sticks to the pick...it's that moist!!! This is my new favorite banana bread recipe. I used 5 large banana's which were very ripe (brown). I wouldn't change a thing!
