Thai-Style Tilapia
I found the flavor of the sauce too mild and sedate to merit the appellation "thai-style". I love Thai food and even the fish dishes have more flavor. I don't know if it's a matter of putting more spices, using red onions instead of white onions or what. I used half a white onion, four thai chilies and cilantro and find the flavor mild at best. I'm not crazy about this dish.

Greek-Style Stuffed Peppers
I used lamb as it is more "Greek" and added some Turkish dried currants for a slightly sweet flavor. They came out delicious and kept for several days, so this recipe is perfect for a lunchbox.

Asian Salmon Cakes with Creamy Miso and Sake Sauce
I love crab cakes and was a bit apprehensive about using salmon and cilantro in this recipe. I didn't have any soy sauce on hand but I did have fish sauce (don't ask). The cakes along with the sauce were worthy of a fine Asian restaurant, baked or fried. I'll definitely add this dish to my reperatoire!
