Fresh Asparagus Risotto
Delicious! Tasted like a dish from a fancy restaurant. I added Prosciutto ham to make it a main course.

Chicken Zucchini Casserole
Very good and easy to prepare. I used only 1/2 cup butter and next time will use even less.

Wave Your Flag Cake
Made this for a 4th of July BBQ. Looked great, but tasted just OK. Nothing spectacular and the pound cake seemed to dry out. Next year will look for a different patriotic dessert.
