White Cheese Chicken Lasagna
I absolutely loved this recipe--it was exactly what I was looking for. It was the first time in probably 10 years I had made lasagna from scratch, but the recipe was easy to follow and it turned out perfectly. Next time I make it, to save some time, I'll skip all of step 2 and its ingredients, and use store-bought sauce instead. I was halfway through before I realized I was making alfredo sauce from scratch! It was delicious, but took quite awhile. I also used someone's earlier suggestion and cooked fresh spinach instead of frozen. All in all, great white lasagna recipe!

Megan's Granola
Super easy and super delicious. I had a hard time waiting for it to cool down enough to eat! I found half of this recipe plenty for me. I made one change: while the syrup was heating up, I put 1C of flaked coconut into the pan the granola was going to bake in, and toasted that in the oven for about 4 minutes. Then I put that back in with the dry ingredients, and put the syrup over everything. It turned out to be a nice addition. One tip: use a really big bowl to mix everything!

Champagne Peach Punch
This was absolutely the hit of our winter party! I ended up making another batch only an hour into the gathering because it went so fast. Everybody raved about how good it was! I used the Ceres brand peach nectar, and added frozen sliced peaches.
