After working in a boring office job for over 10 years, I finally pursued my passion in interior design & left my safe job in banking. I'm now doing what I love & wish I'd done it sooner! I love trying new recipes, especially ethnic ones. Pork tenderloin stuffed with fresh sage, lemon & garlic in a white wine sauce. When I first started cooking I tried to do a roast beef, but since I didn't know anything about cuts of meat at the time, chose a terrible roast. When I went to cut into it, it was full of fat & grissle & was completely inedible!
