Hazelnut-Mushroom Pilaf
What a fabulous flavor! You can serve this side dish with a full flavored meat course and it will hold its own. I will make this again and again. Thanks for sharing.

Easy Asparagus

Balsamic Roasted Red Potatoes
I made these potatoes today and they were excellent!! I couldn't find my rosemary, so I omitted it, and the potatoes were still fabulous. An excellent accompaniment to a pork roast. Will surely make again.
