Hi, Im corri and Im 23. I am a mother and a wife. I dont call myself a good cook infact im a knitter but i have to cook dinner so i come here for help I enjoy cooking things such as cookies, cakes, and pies however I dont like to eat these sweets and never really did. I also enjoy trying out new baking recipies and love the quick and easy ones! My family enjoys cooking a big sunday mornign breakfast and eating together. It helps us get close and talk about our busy week. We enjoy this time together and if we cant do it sunday we do it the next available day. When I learned just the right way to bake a cookie without the bottom burning before the cookie was done I was so happy. My trickk??? Well I cook the cookie for 5 min's on the bottom shelf of the oven and the rest of the time on top. One time I tried to make scones. This turned out vert bad. They looked like green pyrmids because i added too much baking soda. OOPS.
