Steff's Shepherd Pie
I used ground turkey and cream of potato soup, I actually thought this dish was better as a leftover than when it came out of the oven. Next time I think I will use ground beef or chuck and corn.

My Amish Friend's Caramel Corn
I made this (among other goodies) for Christmas presents and it was a hit! Next time I am going to try and mix the nuts in when I pour the carmel over the popcorn - otherwise all of the nuts sink to the bottom of the popcorn making it harder to get a good mix of popcorn and nuts.

I have made this recipe a lot and everyone loves it! I use the cumin and coriander. The capers seem to make it better and I also found cooking it for at least an hour is better.
