While trying to create a romantic valentines dinner...involving seared raw ahi tuna...the hot oil splashed out of the pan and I ended up searing myself. I finished cooking the meal, ate, and then was driven to the E.R. where I recieved a morphine shot and heavy duty pain pills. Definately a cooking experience I'll never forget.
