Hummus III
This is definately the classic hummus recipe. I used the comments and added cumin and cayenne pepper. Turned out very delicious!

Sesame Seared Tuna
I didn't have mirin on hand and used a little bit more honey instead. I also didn't put the sesame seeds on until the end and turned down the heat while searing the tuna. It turned out fabulous!
