If you like blue cheese, you will like this recipe. The blue cheese does not overpower the pork, at all. Blue cheese simply has a destinct flavor. I doubled the blue cheese and simmered the pork chops in the blue cheese/cream sauce for 25 minutes.

This recipe did not work well for me. First, I don't think I rolled out the rolls of dough enough, so the biscotti were moist in the middle. Although it is very tasty, I will reduce the sugar next time by 1/2 c. However, I the biscotti are VERY tasty. I used Sambuca instead of anise flavoring. I WILL make this again.

Even though I used medium spiced salsa, I found this a bland dish. It just isn't very interesting.
