This was an easy, quick, and delicious recipe! My husband is Greek so to kick the taste up a little more I added a Greek seasoning mixture which added a nice taste. I also added the feta cheese into the pan at the end instead of putting it on top. Will make again!

My husband and I both loved this recipe! I doubled all of the ingredients and added a package of onion soup mix to give the meatloaf itself more taste. I also used apricot preserves because my husband is not a huge pineapple fan. I ended up cooking it for about an hour and then let it broil for a couple of minutes to carmelize the topping a little bit and it was delicious. Definite addition to my recipe collection!

This sauce was great! We had it over ribs and pork chops so far and I still have a whole bottle left! I did change a few of the amounts... I used 2 cups of ketchup and 2 cups of BBQ sauce and the rest of the amounts stated in the recipe and I think it came out perfect!
