Avocado, Beet and Arugula Salad with Chevre Tartine
Was a hit at my dinner party, salad dressing was flavourful yet light and the perfect color combimation.

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili
I have made this recipe 3 times and every time it got rave reviews. I added extra spicy chorizo sausage and a can of corn for added color, seemed to top it off. I will make this for every houseparty we go to!

Bodacious Broccoli Salad
I've made this recipe 5 times for 5 different groups of people and it was a hit every time. I really recommend letting it refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours to let the flavors fully mix and to allow the brocolli to soften a bit....it's always a hit.
