I lived and worked mainly around KC,MO until I moved to KS. I'm now a diabetic and an amputee in a wheel chair. But that doesn't stop me.

Meat, Vegetables (mainly "Al Dente") and baked things.

Cooking/baking for a crowd at holidays.

Baking for 600 people 3 meals a day for 8 months. And once owned and operated a coffee house.

My cooking tragedies

Forgot a set of roasts (beef/pork)in the oven. Was called at 2 AM about the odor coming from the building.

This is a great recipe for a crowd. However, more detail would help, as well as Photos(?).
