Marinade for Chicken

This is the best chicken marinade recipe I've tried. I only marinated about 1 hour and the chicken was moist and the flavor is great. Can't wait to make this again when I have more time to marinate the chicken.

Delicious! I live at 6500 feet and made the following high altitude adjustments. Baked at 300, decreased sugar to 2 cups.

I picked this recipe because I was entering a chili dish in a contest. I got a lot of votes, but I didn't win! However, this is an easy tasty recipe. I did simmer longer than the recipe called for and I think this helped blend the flavors so that you don't think BBQ when you initially taste the chili.

Maple-Balsamic Vinaigrette

Holiday Cheese Ball

Iced-Spiced Ginger Bars

These are excellent. I baked these in a jelly roll pan. The frosting does need more water. It started to firm up before I could spread it over the entire cake. This is a keeper.

Authentic Enchiladas Verdes

I've made this dish three times and I love it. Recently I prepared the enchiladas for 20 people and they were a big hit. The only thing I did differently this last time is that I skipped frying the tortillas.

Hawaiian Banana Nut Bread

Very easy to make and I didn't have to change the recipe for high altitude baking. I was surprised that there wasn't more pineapple flavor to the bread. Shared with my co-workers and it didn't last very long.
