Campbell's(R) Beef and Mushroom Dijon
Wonderful! The only changes I made was to use Zatarain's Creole mustard and I used more like 1/2 to 3/4 cups of water. The creole mustard gave it a nice kick!

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
I have been a lurker on this site for quite some time but this recipe is amazing! I just had to rate it! The only thing I did different was to take the advice of some other reviewers and add some Old Bay seasoning to the fish prior to broiling. This will definitely be a regular meal in our home.
