Raspberry and Almond Shortbread Thumbprints

Oh these are soo good. The only change I made was by using cherry preserves instead of raspberry. Half were eaten about 2 mins out of the oven! A very good recipe! Thank you for sharing.

Hot Buttered Rum Batter

I made this after all the rave reviews! I thought it was easy but was not wowed by it! I did not like the fact that the mixture sat on the top and had to be stirred after every sip. I made it and put it in the freezer and have not been back to get any. I will not be making this again.. Thanks for sharing.

Loosemeat Sandwiches III

Delicious! Reminds me of my favorite "little" sandwiches back home. I did add some spices to suit my own tastes. I used chicken broth in place of water. I used season salt in place of regular salt. I loved it! Easy, quick and low budget! A staple in my rotation from now on. Thank you for sharing this!

Ranch Dressing II

Very delicious! I did take others advice and use 1/2 cup of each: mayo, sour cream and buttermilk. Was perfect, not too thick. It does have to sit in the fridge for a while so the flavors can meld. Tasted sooo good. Will use from now on! Thanks for sharing!

The Whole Jar of Peanut Butter Cookies

Delicious Grilled Hamburgers

These are so good. I always make mine with garlic salt/powder, Worcestershire sauce and hamburger grill seasonings. I leave out the liquid smoke because we do not like the flavor of it. It tasted so good when I add the oil and season salt. Taste just like the local drive thru. Made my Memorial Day menu fabulous! Thanks for sharing.

Juicy Roasted Chicken

Very juicy and delicious! Easy to make and kids love it! I made 2 at the same time being we have a large family and I cooked it for 1 1/2 hours. I used 1/2 stick butter on the inside and 1/2 stick butter on the outside of each chicken. I am really glad I found this recipe. Nice change of pace for us. Try using your left over chicken in chicken salad.. VERY GOOD!! YUMMMM! Thank you for sharing!

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

This is very delicious! Only change I made was I only added 8oz of cool whip instead of 16ozs. By doing that the recipe only made 1 large pie instead of 2! It was very*very good! I will make it often now! Thank you for sharing.
