Mimosa

We have mimosa'a every year on New Year's Eve Day...and sometimes again on New Year's Day, if we have any champagne left. They are a splended treat...I have added a splash of peach schnapps to them before too...very good!!!!

Baked Parmesan Perch

This is the BEST fish recipe I have tried in a very long time...I used Tilapia. My husband ate it right up and asked me to make it again soon. That's a bonus since he is not a big fish fan.

Oven-Dried Beef Jerky

Just a quick note...I used to make jerky for a local grocery store...you do not have to bake it that long. Try it again at 200 degrees and stick a wooden spoon in the oven door so that is cracked a tad. Bake it for about 1 1/2 hours. According to what I see, the ingredients should make this recipe taste great...trust me and try it again.

Spinach Brownies

These are sooooo good! Made them last night and shared the remainder of them at work...everyone likes them. I'd like to try a stronger cheese in them though, maybe feta. I used green onions, because I did not ahve any regular onions, it was super.
