I love doing slow cooking meat dishes. Meat loaf is one of my favorite things.

Baking my first apple pie I didnt think it would work but amazingly turned out great.

Homemade Egg Noodles
Not very specific I tried this recipe three times to no avail.

Basic Flaky Pie Crust
Never tried making pie crust till I found this and will never turn back. So light and flaky just perfect. I knead the shortening in with my hands it's a bit messy but turns out great everytime

Blueberry Pie
I did it without the butter mainly because I forgot it and it came out AMAZING I bumped up the cornstarch a tablespoon and the sugar a teaspoon. Put it all into the flaky crust (http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Basic-Flaky-Pie-Crust/Detail.aspx) Came out so good definately going to do this again!
