Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken
WOW! This was a huge hit with my guests! Everyone went on and on about how great it was. I followed the recipe exactly how it was written (I used Panko bread crumbs). After it was done baking I turned the broiler on and left it in for a few minutes to brown, and then topped each piece of chicken with mozzarella cheese. I served over pasta. Thank you for such a great recipe!
