Boiled Lobster
Good recipe but if you are cooking Pacific lobster, as opposed to Maine lobster, shorten the cooking time to 10 minutes or the lobster will be a little tough.

Simple Artichoke Dip
This was really good & everyone loved it. I doubled the recipe and added an extra can of artichokes; also the juice of one lemon, a couple of dashes of worchestire, and some garlic powder. Lined muffin pan with wonton wrappers with 1 tbsp. dip, pinched shut & baked. 3/4 of the mayo was low fat & 1/4 of it was regular Best Foods.

Honey Glazed Pork Tenderloin
I sliced the pork tenderloin, marinated it for 15 minutes, then baked 10 minutes at 450 and another 10 at 350,in a foil lined baking pan, basting it twice. My son LOVED it and he's a picky eater. My husband & I enjoyed it also. Not having a sticky pan afterwards was a big plus for me.
