Sour Cream Coffee Cake III
YUM! This is really delicious...but I've never met a recipe that I didn't change, just a little. I reduced the white sugar in the cake part of this by 1/2 (made it 1c) and din't miss it AT ALL. Probably because I also doubled the topping/filling. I added chopped walnuts to topping also. I baked it in a round cake pan instead of square and found that it took longer than specified. I'm not a clock watcher, but I'm going to say it took closer to an hour. Great recipe - will make it again for sure.
