Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I

I would give these 3.5 stars - they were just OK to me. I think next time I would make sandwich cookies with frosting in the middle to make them more exciting?

Super-Easy Rocky Road Fudge

Yum! SO easy and delicious! Made in an 8x11 pan to make it a little bit thicker. Will definitely make this again.

Portobello Sandwiches

Broiling turned out to be a quick and easy way to prepare the portobellos. Wasn't a huge fan of the caper mayo which I thought I would have loved.

Would give this a 4.5 if I could... Mine was hard to serve but that is my only complaint - good flavor. I also used store bought pastry and would try making my own next time.

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

Easy and awesome! Used the water bath which made the consistency amazing - only part that could have been better was the crust. Think next time I will pre-bake the crust before adding the filling.

YUM! Doubled the sugar and vanilla as recommeded and these turned out perfect! Topped with fresh berries - didn't need much syrup since they had a nice flavor on their own. Can't wait to eat the leftovers tomorrow morning!

No Bake Chocolate Oat Bars

These were just OK. I agree with other reviewers that they are sort of greasy and hard to handle. I will definitley be making the PB/choc chip sauce again however - possibly as an ice cream topping? That part was yum!

Scallops with White Wine Sauce II

This was my first time cooking scallops and this dish turned out great! Love the rich yet light buttery sauce - served over linguine with a side of green beans - perfect dinner! I did double the sauce and used 1.5 pounds of scallops and thought that was a good ratio. Will definitely make this again - simple yet elegant!

Italian Zucchini Boats

These turned out too moist for my liking - I think if I were to make them again I would omit the stock and maybe even add more breadcrumbs. Flavor was pretty good tho I will take others' advice and sautee the pulp with some onion next time.

Crustless Spinach Quiche
