Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies
YUM! These are great! So simple and easy and absolutely delicious. Used 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup white sugar and added about 1t vanilla. Will definitely make these again!

Tofu Parmigiana
This is pretty good. I think it needs more sauce than is called for. This is rich without feeling too heavy.

Excellent and Healthy Cornbread
This was pretty good - not as sweet as I'm used to so I think next time I would up the sugar or add some honey. Consistency was great - very moist. I will definitley make this again!
